The CONWAY "MS 5.7" has everything for extended tours over country roads and on paths that are littered with obstacles such as potholes and tree roots. The 100 mm travel of the RST "Blaze" RLO fork make the mountain bike really suitable for off-road use, as it compensates for all unevenness on forest and dirt roads.
The new 57 mm wide WTB tires also contribute to this. The high volume also dampens well, the profile bites firmly into loose ground. In addition, the "Ranger" tires provide a high level of puncture protection.
You can also tour extensively because the seating position on the "MS 5.7" is pleasantly upright. The 9-speed SHIMANO "Alivio" derailleur offers a wide range of gears and ratios that are fine-tuned for long climbs. When descending, the bike impresses with its hydraulic disc brakes - the "BR-MT200" from SHIMANO, which also reliably decelerate in wet conditions.
Even everyday life in the urban jungle can be mastered with the "MS 5.7" and its moderate sporty riding position, because it is possible to retrofit mudguards to the hardtail. The good damping properties of the fork and tires also apply without restriction on cobblestones.
