Sporty e-hardtail with precise shifting
With the “Cairon S 5.0,” CONWAY is adding a new member to the “Cairon” lineup. Like its siblings, this e-hardtail features a clean, uncluttered look, as the aluminum Frame fully integrates the “PowerTube” Battery. With a generous 750 Wh capacity, it powers the sporty fourth-generation—and thus the latest—BOSCH “Performance CX” engine. Thanks to its low center of gravity, this e-MTB rides naturally and smoothly. The 29er wheels impress with excellent rolling performance.

The drivetrain is complemented by the SHIMANO “Deore” 10-speed derailleur, which delivers precise shifting even on challenging terrain. On the trail, the bike excels with its stable straight-line tracking, the RST fork’s 120 mm of travel, and the 58 mm-wide “Ruban” tires from CONTINENTAL. To keep the momentum in check, the “Cairon S 5.0” is equipped with hydraulic disc brakes from TEKTRO, which allow for precise modulation of braking force even on long downhill rides. The disc diameter is 180 mm at both the front and rear.

Overall, the “Cairon S 5.0” is an electric MTB that you can use for both sporty, challenging rides on gravel trails and for extended tours through the countryside. The battery definitely has enough capacity to handle any situation. And if not, you can either remove it from the bottom of the Frame to charge it, or use the side Charging Socket if you want to charge it quickly and easily during a break while out on the trail.
